My name is Cecilia Marquez, I am from Mexico. I came to live in Naples in 2003. I started working in housekeeping in a hotel for a year and then began working at Accent Cleaning in 2007. What I like about Accent Cleaning is the interaction with customers and learning about their different preferences. What I like most about cleaning is that I always try to give my best so that customers are satisfied and happy. I like to leave my personal touch to make a difference. My family is made up of my husband my daughter Sheyla. She is 17 years old and she plays volleyball (she is very good) and will be playing in college. I also have a dog Dixie and she is the joy of our house because she receives us with love. In my free time I volunteer at the resilient volleyball club where my daughter practices. I like to spend time with my family watching movies or playing volleyball with friends and attending my daughter’s activities. My personal goals are to be able to communicate better in English since it is not 100% and learn every day from people. My professional goals are to always continue to better myself and continue to learn. I am very perfectionist in what I do. I like to be organized and always give a little more of me so that customers are happy.
