Routine Cleanings

Departure Cleaning - For Seasonal Homeowners

For your final cleaning of the season, our team will conduct a thorough cleaning of your home, focusing on cleaning and sanitizing all utilized rooms and areas.

Deep Cleaning of Kitchen Appliances

Focusing on the large appliances in the kitchen, we will utilize a specific deep cleaning process to fully clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of the following appliances: Oven and hood (including range hood filters), microwave, dishwasher (including filter), fridge and freezer (including gaskets) and under-counter ice makers.

Outdoor Cushion Cleaning

It is recommended that all outdoor cushions are deep-cleaned at least once per year, prior to being stored inside for the summer season. Depending on the number of cushions and material, our team with either remove the covers and wash them in the washing machine or use our upholstery machine to individually clean them. Cushions can either be cleaned on-site at the home or brought back to our office to be cleaned and returned to the home.

Kitchen Detailing and Pantry Cleaning

Focusing on detailing the inside and fronts of all the kitchen cabinets, our team will polish all the cabinet hardware and pulls. This detailed kitchen cleaning will also focus on the under-sink cabinet, along with the utensil drawer, where we will remove the contents, thoroughly wiping out all the drawers, and organize the items. During this visit, your trash cans will be fully sanitized and cleaned, and the pantry and other cabinets that contain food will be thoroughly cleaned and reorganized, along with the spice racks.

Smaller Kitchen Countertop Appliances

Focusing on the countertop kitchen appliances – such as toaster ovens and coffee makers, we will clean and polish toasters and toaster ovens. The filters of the coffee makers will also be removed to clean out any loose coffee grounds and reassembled.

Bathroom Detailing

This cleaning will focus on detailing the inside and fronts of all bathroom cabinets. We will remove the contents of the cabinets and thoroughly wipe all the drawers, and place back the items. Special attention will be given to removing any toilet bowl rings. All plumbing fixtures will be detailed and polished, along with removing any debris or calcium buildup from the shower heads.

Laundry Room Detailing

Focusing on the laundry room and the washer and dryer, we will thoroughly sanitize the washing machine by running a quick cycle with an Affresh washing machine cleaning tablet. The gaskets will be hand-wiped as they tend to accrue mildew. The soap and fabric softener compartments will also be cleaned, along with the lint filter, fronts of the laundry room cabinets, and the inside of the under-sink cabinet will also be cleaned. Our team will also do their best to clean behind the machines to remove dust and lint.

Lanai Cleaning

Focusing on your home’s lanai, our team will thoroughly clean the interior or all cabinets, along with the countertops, and polish the exterior of the grill. The range hood will be deep-cleaned along with any under-counter appliances.

Garage Detailing

With our garage detailing focus, our team will wipe down and tidy up all cabinetry and shelving, clean the floors, and generally organize belongings.

We will carefully navigate around furniture and vehicles to the best of our ability. Belongings will not be moved from their general location, only straightened up and organized.

Floor Detailing

Focusing on the flooring throughout your home, our team will conduct a detailed floor cleaning as your arrival nears, to ensure the floors are looking their best. Our team will utilize the appropriate products and equipment based on the type of flooring inside your home. During this focus, we will also thoroughly hand-wipe baseboards (including removing scuff marks to best of our ability) and detailing sliding glass door tracks.

Light and Chandelier Cleaning

Focusing on the lighting throughout your home, our team will perform a detailed cleaning of light fixtures and chandeliers as your arrival nears, ensuring they look their best. We use the appropriate tools and techniques based on each fixture’s style and material. This includes removing dust and buildup, hand-wiping accessible components, and carefully detailing fixture frames and chandelier elements to enhance clarity and shine.

Arrival Cleaning - For Seasonal Homeowners

Prior to your arrival, we will do a full interior deep cleaning of the home, focused on dusting the entire home thoroughly, including high ledges, light fixtures, as well as under and behind the furniture when accessible. All the bathrooms, along with the kitchen, will be freshened up for your arrival.
