Job purpose
Accent Cleaning Services is a residential and commercial cleaning company providing janitorial and cleaning services to clients from Naples to Estero. Additionally, Spectrum Concierge, a subsidiary of Accent Cleaning, provides home management, home watch, and maintenance services to clients in Naples and Bonita Springs. The primary purpose of the Cleaning Professional is to:
- Provide quality cleaning services for our client’s homes and commercial spaces.
- Work in a team or as an individual to carry out a specific scope of work for each cleaning job.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all clients by acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Duties and responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities are a sample of potential job tasks, but are not a list of all possible job-related activities.
- Perform both residential and commercial cleaning services on a daily basis, to include: Basic cleanings, Deep cleanings, Post Construction Cleanings, Office Cleanings, and Exterior Building Cleanings. Within these services the following tasks are commonly performed (additional tasks outside of this list may arise):
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces and furniture
- Cleaning floors using vacuums, mops, and other floor cleaning machines as needed
- Cleaning baseboards and fan blades
- Cleaning glass mirrors and windows
- Scrubbing bathroom sinks, showers, toilets and tubs
- Cleaning kitchen appliances including ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers
- Washing / folding laundry and making beds
- Cleaning cushions and carpets
- Cleaning outdoor areas such as grills, cushions, outdoor kitchens, and rugs
- Cleaning of garage floors and cabinets
- Utilize field service software on an iPhone to view cleaning jobs, notes, photos, and instructions.
- Ability to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the workday.
- Willingness to provide a high level of customer service to all clients by using proper body language, respectful communications, and making eye contact with clients.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have no prior criminal background
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Physically able to be on your feet for a full shift. This includes walking throughout client’s homes, up and down stairs, and around the exterior of the properties at a reasonable pace
- Must be able to utilize a 3 step ladder
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Cleaning experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Verifiable references
Working conditions
Working conditions may include working on some holidays, and as needed should emergencies arise. The employee will work mainly indoors with some work being performed outside.

Deberes y responsabilidades
Los siguientes deberes y responsabilidades son una muestra de posibles tareas laborales, pero no son una lista de todas las posibles actividades relacionadas con el trabajo.
- Realice servicios de limpieza residencial y comercial a diario, que incluyen: limpiezas básicas, limpiezas profundas, limpiezas posteriores a la construcción, limpiezas de oficinas y limpiezas exteriores de edificios. Dentro de estos servicios se suelen realizar las siguientes tareas (pueden surgir tareas adicionales fuera de esta lista):
- Quitar el polvo y limpiar superficies y muebles
- Limpiar pisos con aspiradoras, trapeadores y otras máquinas de limpieza de pisos según sea necesario
- Limpieza de zócalos y aspas de ventilador
- Limpieza de espejos y ventanas de vidrio
- Fregar lavabos, duchas, inodoros y bañeras
- Limpieza de electrodomésticos de cocina, incluidos hornos, microondas, refrigeradores y fabricantes
- Lavar / doblar la ropa y hacer las camas
- Limpieza de cojines y alfombras
- Limpieza de áreas al aire libre como parrillas, cojines, cocinas al aire libre y alfombras
- Limpieza de suelos y armarios de garaje
- Utilice el software de servicio de campo en un iPhone para ver trabajos de limpieza, notas, fotos e instrucciones.
- Capacidad para comportarse de manera profesional y respetuosa en todo momento durante la jornada laboral.
- Voluntad de brindar un alto nivel de servicio al cliente a todos los clientes mediante el uso de un lenguaje corporal adecuado, comunicaciones respetuosas y contacto visual con los clientes.
Calificaciones
- Debe estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
- No debe tener antecedentes penales
- Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable
- Debe poder levantar un mínimo de 25 libras
- Físicamente capaz de estar de pie durante un turno completo. Esto incluye caminar por las casas de los clientes, subir y bajar escaleras y alrededor del exterior de las propiedades a un ritmo razonable
- Debe poder utilizar una escalera de 3 escalones
- Gran actitud y ética de trabajo
- Se prefiere experiencia en limpieza, pero no es obligatoria
- Referencias verificables
